j2jl Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a j2jl player.

2.1 By accessing or using any service provided by j2jl — including browsing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you irrevocably agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and j2jl.

2.2 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, responsible gaming policies, and the j2jl Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 j2jl may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of j2jl following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept any revision, you must discontinue use of j2jl immediately.

2.4 By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 21 years of age or older; (b) you are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to j2jl is lawful; (c) you are not on any self-exclusion list; and (d) you are not a prohibited person as defined in Section 3 below.

3.1 Age Requirement. j2jl's services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. j2jl employs identity verification ("KYC") procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registering Players. Any Player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned (net of any winnings generated), and the matter reported to PAGCOR where required.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) active j2jl account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including their legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification. j2jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify a Player's identity, age, or location. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or using j2jl's services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from j2jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator
• Employees, contractors, agents, or close relatives of j2jl or its affiliated companies
• Persons acting in a professional gaming capacity with intent to exploit bonus offers or platform vulnerabilities
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law

4.1 Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their j2jl account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. j2jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on all accounts.

4.2 j2jl accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players must not share account access with any third party, allow any third party to use their account, or use any other Player's account credentials.

4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your j2jl account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify j2jl support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. j2jl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

4.4 j2jl reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests, if the account shows unusual activity patterns or if required by PAGCOR's AML compliance framework.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. j2jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at j2jl is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency may differ and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposits — Same Ownership. All deposit methods used on a j2jl account must be registered in the name of the account holder. j2jl does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits originating from unverified third-party payment accounts may be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. j2jl target processing times are:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 2 hours of approval for verified accounts
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): within 1–3 banking days
• USDT TRC20: within 4 hours of approval for verified accounts

5.5 j2jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or AML review. Any withdrawal request where j2jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a Terms violation may be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on j2jl are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions. j2jl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations on cryptocurrency deposits.

6.1 j2jl offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be processed.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified j2jl accounts in good standing. j2jl reserves the right to withhold or void bonus awards where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting a promotion, operating multiple accounts, or has provided false registration information.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any free spins awarded by j2jl are subject to expiry. Unused Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited. Real-money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.

7.1 All games available on j2jl — including live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, poker), slot games, live sabong, bingo, keno, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface or game help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

7.2 j2jl's live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming) whose game rules and studio procedures govern game outcomes. j2jl is not responsible for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by third-party studio technical failures, provided that incomplete bets are appropriately voided or settled according to the studio's house rules.

7.3 All random number generator (RNG) games available on j2jl use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness. j2jl does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a round from being completed correctly, j2jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's wallet. j2jl's decision on game dispute resolutions is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j2jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and/or reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Using the j2jl platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
2. Attempting to access, manipulate, or interfere with j2jl's platform software, servers, or security systems through hacking, scripting, bots, automation tools, or any other unauthorized means;
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including impersonating another person or using another person's identity documents;
4. Registering or operating more than one j2jl account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or any other means;
5. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage or generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal platform operation;
6. Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets;
7. Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through fraudulent means;
8. Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate j2jl transactions with your payment provider in bad faith;
9. Accessing j2jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law while misrepresenting your location to circumvent geo-restrictions.

9.1 j2jl is committed to responsible gaming as a core platform obligation under PAGCOR's licensing framework. All casino-style gaming and sports betting activities on j2jl involve real financial risk. j2jl does not guarantee that any Player will generate a profit from their use of the platform.

9.2 Player Tools. j2jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Player
• Loss Limits: Maximum allowable loss thresholds over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying Players of the duration of their current gaming session
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for a period chosen by the Player
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure available upon request, effective within 24 hours

9.3 Players who have self-excluded from j2jl are prohibited from attempting to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. j2jl will void all winnings and return deposits (net of losses) generated by any Player found to be in breach of a self-exclusion agreement.

10.1 All content on the j2jl platform — including but not limited to the j2jl brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of j2jl or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j2jl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any j2jl content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of j2jl's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing the platform — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of Philippine intellectual property laws.

11.1 The j2jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j2jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, j2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the j2jl platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to platform downtime; losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by a Player's failure to secure their credentials; or losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.

11.3 j2jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of j2jl's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits j2jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by j2jl's own proven negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 j2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where j2jl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent registration information;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• The Player is found to be underage;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, j2jl reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Funds confirmed to be associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

12.3 Where an account is closed at j2jl's discretion for non-breach reasons (e.g., business restructuring), any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 banking days.

13.1 j2jl reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including but not limited to changes required by PAGCOR regulatory updates, Philippine legislative changes, or operational necessity.

13.2 Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where j2jl deems an amendment to be material, j2jl will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or platform notification. However, it is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.3 Continued use of the j2jl platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using j2jl and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute between j2jl and a Player that cannot be resolved through j2jl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.

14.3 For gaming-related disputes — including disputes about game outcomes, bonus settlements, or account actions taken under j2jl's PAGCOR license — Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official complaint mechanisms, as j2jl's licensing regulatory body.

14.4 Disputes must be raised with j2jl's support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. j2jl will not consider disputes submitted more than 30 days after the relevant event unless exceptional circumstances apply.
